Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of magicping ("the service"). By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them. If you're self-hosting magicping, these terms are a starting template — replace them with terms appropriate to your own deployment and jurisdiction.

The service

magicping lets you automate Instagram comment-to-DM flows and manage related contacts, inbox messages, and workflows. Message delivery depends on Meta's Graph API and Instagram's own platform rules (including the 24-hour messaging window and opt-out handling), which are outside our control.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create a workspace. You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity under your workspace.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use magicping to:

Send unsolicited spam or violate Instagram's / Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards.
Ignore opt-out ("STOP") requests from contacts.
Collect or store data on individuals without a lawful basis to do so.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other workspaces.

Fees & billing

Paid plans, where enabled, are billed on the cycle shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms. Prices shown at checkout are final — we don't add fees after the fact.

Your content

You retain ownership of the automation flows, message templates, and contact data you create. You grant us the license needed to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.

Third-party platforms

magicping integrates with Instagram/Meta and, optionally, other providers. We aren't responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by those third parties.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Instagram's platform policies.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We'll update the "Last updated" date above when these terms change materially.
